H. Walrond, Patronage Secretary to the Treasury. Mr Wm. G. Ellison-Macartney, Secretary to the Admiralty. Mr Austin Chamberlain, eldest son of Mr Joseph Chamberlain, Civil Lord of the Admiralty.
