Sir Matthew White Ridley, Homo Secretary, Viscount Cross, Lord Privy Seal. Mr C. T. Ritchio, Prosideut of the Board of Trade, Lord Ashbourne, Lord Chancellor of Ireland. Earl Cadogan, Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland. Lord Balfour, of Burleigh, Secretary for Scotland, The above, with the following already announced, form the Cabinet:— Lord Salisbury, Premier and Minister for Foreign Affairs. Mr Balfour, First Lord of the Troitßuiy. Sir Michael Hicks-Beach, Chancellor of the Exchequer. Tho Duko of Devonshire, Lord President of the Council. MrGosclien, First Lord of the Admiralty. Mr Chamberlain, Secretary of State for the Colonics. Lord Halsbury, Lord Chancellor. Mr W. L. Jackson, Chief Secretary for Irelaud. Mr Chaplain, President of the Local Government Board, Mr L. Courtney, Postmaster General. Mr Geo. N. Curzon has been appointed Under-Secretary for the Foreign Oilice, and Mr 11, W. Hanbury, M.P. for Preston, Financial Secretary to the Treasury.
