Melbourne, June 21,
A great meeting of Methodists arranged by the Federal Council of Methodist charges, was held under the Presidency of tho ActingGovernor, Mr Justice Way, of South Australia, for the purpose of affirming the desirability of Dnion; The Chairman, in a speech, referred to the tact that the Primitive Methodist Conference in N,Z. was the only body in the colonies Tvbich rejected the proposed Union. A resolution in favour of unite was carried unanimously. .|J»
