Before the Education Bonn! today the question as to legality ol Mrs Tnskor's election as a member of theMonntCookSchool Committee, was considered, the other members of the Committee opposing it on the grounds of want of qualification. The ease has caused a deal of correspondence in the local papers. Tho lease from husband to wife was prodaccd,and also receipts for money paid by her for rates. The Board deoidod she was duly elected.
