MR NATHAN'S SCHEME.

Mr Nathan's meeting yesterday was attended by about two hundred stockowncis representing every part of the district, and owning half a million sheep. A resolution was carried that the Minister of Agriculture be requested to call a Conference of representatives of sheep farmers to take into consideration some means of improving the markets for frozen meat on Mr Nathan's plan, and formulate a. jjjip tern of dealing with the istm which will ameliorate tho position of farmers and advance the interests of the Colony.
