Gisbokke, Wednesday. , At the Magistrate's Court to-day William Adair, shopkeeper, was convicted and lined 10s for failing to close on Saturday, Tho Magistrate held the opinion that the resolution of the Borough Council on January 29th, appointing Saturday, the day following, was valid, and that no power was given to alter tho day, until the following January. The caso will be taken to the Supreme Court.
