MR WARD ARRANGES A LOAN.

Iu connection with the Advances to Settlers Act, Mr Ward has arranged with the Bank of England to issue to-morrow a 3 per cent. loan of a million and a half, with a minimum of ninety. Tenders close on Thursday.
