KILLED BY A FALLING TREE.

Dr. Beard reported to the police this moving that a man named Donald Falconer, had been killed yesterday afternoon by the fall of a tree, at Fernridge It appears that deceased was falling bush with his brother, Mr David Falconer, on the property of the latter, at the Upper Fernridge, and when attempting to escape the tree, had gone in the same direction as it was falling, and was struck by a bough on the head. The accident occurred about four o'clock,and Dr. Beard was summoned with all speed, The Doctor coniSiders that death, must have besii instantaneous.
