APPEAL COURT ity Telegraph—Press Association, Weilinoton, Wednesday. The case of Warena Huniav. Major Kemp and otters, is now being heard in the Appeal Court. This was a case relating to the Horowhenua Block, and thonppealis by Warena Hunia against the decision |of the Chief Justice, declaring him to ha a trustee of a portion of the block awarded to him by the Nativo Land Court.
