Featherston.
I (From Our Own Correspoudent). Monday. Tho placo is all flooded, some of the streets being covered with water for some chains. The railway station is snrroundod and the Empire Hotol had over a foot of water in it this morning. The approaches to many of the bridges have been partially swept away, and it is said on all sides to be tho biggest flood that has been seen here for some years.
