Picton, Monday, The gale did not do much daHiage in Blenheim, orchards and gardons suffering most. The Marlborough Racing Club's Autumn Meeting has been postponed / till to-morrow. ■ Dunedin, Monday. F A light, driving S.W. rain, with occasional heavy showers, pi'eviilod all day m town, completely spoiling the holiday.
