THE LONDONDERRY MINE.
(Received April 7, G p.m.) London, April 6. Lord Fingal's telegram as to the shoots of gold of the Londonderry mine giving out was received on April Ist, but owing to the abseuce of the directors the news was not published until the sth, though the shares began to fall on the 2nd.
Colonel North offers to deposit in the hands of the trustees cash and vendors shares equal to theiimount of his net profits, tho shareholders receiving the income until the Company has earned 10 per cent on the capital for two years. He hopes that the other vendors will tako similar action.
London, April 7. Shares in the Londonderry mine aro quoted at 12s Gd. Colonel North explains that tho cash and shares he has deposited, become tho property of shareholders, unless the dividends named are paid.
