THE CHITRAL TROUBLE.
Calcuita, April 4. Nine hundred Natives have marched to Gilgit and offered their services to the British authorities. Calcutta, April 5. The efforts of the troops from Gilget to force Mustig Pass failed, owing to a blinding snow storm. Fifteen were killed on the British side. Both brigades are at Malakuud Pass. The Ranizai tribesmen defeated at the storming of Malaktiud, have since submitted to the British.
