POLLARD'S OPERA COMPANY.
It is so long since we have had any performance of note here that the fact of tho Pollards being nnnounced to appear in the " Gondoliers" on Friday next, will be welcomed as a treat by all lovers of first-class opera, The music of this piece is very tuneful and catchy, and altogether suits the youngsters admirably. Wo read in all the papers of the advancement made since their last visit to New Zealand and we feel sure Masterton is quite prepared to give them a good reception. The box plan will be open at Mr J, E, Hood's to-morrow morning,
