TELEGRAPHIC.
FIRE AT NAPIER, (By Telegraph.—Press Association), Nai'ihh, Monday. A fire broke out in the Tomoana freezing works about three o'clock on Sunday morning, having its origin in a portion of tho buildings used as a carpenter's and blacksmith's establishment, which contained a large stock of machinery of all kinds. This building stood detached, but right in the centre of the works. The (lames were not quenched till damage to the amount o£ £I,OOO was done. The origin of tho fire is unknown.
