Owing to the bad weather tho attompts to float the Oroya havo boon abandoned for the present, All the cargo except the iron ballast has been discharged. 1 The owners of the steamer have their interests covered by insurances amounting to £90,000. (Received March 18, G p.m.) London, March 16. The Oroya's cargo was landed in good condition. Tho arrangements entered into for the salvage of the vessel provided that no paymentis to be made unless the attempt to float her is successful. In any case the owners are to retain possession of the vessel, as tho insuranccsdo notcomewithin £IOO.OOO of the value set upon tho steamer by theowners. Ji
