FURTHER PROSECUTIONS. In the Mnstorton S.M. Court, yesterday afternoon, before Mr T, Hutchison, S.M., further rabbit prosecutions took place, asunder:— Inspector Miller, v. R, A. Nicholls. —Failing to destroy rabbits on his property. Evidence by the Inspector and Rabbit Agents, was given to the effect that proper steps had not been taken to destroy the rabbits, and His Worship imposed a fine of £4, with costs 7s. Miller v. J. Miller,—A similar charge. Accused pleaded guilty, and a fine of £6 with costs, was imposed. Miller v. J. Rennll.-Similarj charge. Accused pleaded guilty ' and was fined £l, without costs. Miller v. W. Wardell.-A similar charge. Accused pleaded guilty, and was lined £B, and costs 7s. Miller v. Mrs Grant-.—Similar charge. A pica of guilty was tendered, and a nominal line asked for. A line of £l, without costs, was imposed. I
