NORTH WAIRARAPA RIFLE CLUB
A meeting of the Committee of the North Wairarapa Riilo Club was held on Saturday. Present, Messrs A, Matthews (chairman), Hoiens (2), Bently, R. Kibblewhite, Wilton, and Kummer. The minutes of the previous meoting were read and confirmed. It was resolved that the firing for the Club's trophies be postponed till 80th March. Thefollowing team has been selected to fire in the match against Woodville on Wednesday next at theMasterton rangeCameron 2, R. Kibblewhite, A. Matthews, D. McLachlan, A. J. Welch (captain), F. Kummer, C. Hoffiens, G. Bently, and V. Wardell. The arrangements for refreshments,! markers, etc., were left in the hands of the Secretary. In the match Carterton v Masterton fired on Saturday last, Masterton won by forty-three. During the whole of the tiring a heavy gale was blowing which prevented tho teams firing at the 600 yds.
