FIRE AT SYDNEY.
(Received March 8,11.30 a.m.) Sydxky, March 8.
Worboys' Hotel was gutted by fire early this morning, only the walls standing. A number of inmates had narrow escapes. Several men in their night clothes were rescued from the roof by means of ladders, and at great risk the firemen got out the women sleeping in higher stories. Some were in an unconscious state.
