A meeting of the Commilteo i members of tbo above Club was ' held last ovoning. Present, Messrs i C. Perry (in the chair), T. AVagg, AV. Broad, P. McGovorn, D. Caselberg, A K D'Arcy, AV. Pearce, and AV. Jeffries (Hon. Sec.) 4 The following new members were ' elected:—Messrs L. Richards, N. Owen, and Clements. A letter was read from the Secretary of the Masterton Bavnardo Working Party, asking permission lo erect a-stall for the sale of work at the Club's next, sports, and also Ao J» permitted to supply afternoon .tea. The request was acceded 10. Correspondence from a local professional ire his reinstatement was read to the meeting, and it was decided not to mora any further in jithe matter until the conditions of wtho Association are complied with_ * The Secretary reported entries were coming in freely for the next Sports meeting, including a large number of bicycle entries from Wellington. It was decided to get the track in order almost immediately.' TheMasterton Private Brass Band were engaged for Hue day of the Sports.
