Masteutox, Monday. Messrs R. E. Hornblow & Co., auctioneers and produce merchants,, report as follows, for week ending Saturday, February 23rdj in all lines has been ™ isfactory, and our auction sales on Saturday, exceptionally good, Province of every description, remained at last week's quotations. Grass seeds, cocksfoot especially, shew a tendency to fall in price; this is attributed to the fact that a large number of growers have been holding back, in view of getting an advance, and now rushing lots into the market. Potatoes are a trifle lower, and we expect to see a further decline in the price of early sorts. Eabbit and sheep-skins are unaltered. Poultry is difficult to quit at our quotations. Young pigs are in fair demand, and we expect a large entry for next Saturday's sale. Dairy cows aro in demand, and wo disposed of all entries on Saturday. Horses of every description, are in selling freely. I'ruit, more especially apples, are difficult to quit. During tho week, wo were successful in placing three properties, and four are still under offer. our quotations are—--4pßutter, 5d per lb j eggs, 8d per Qozen. Poultry—Fowls, Is lOd to 2s Id; ducks, 2s Id; geese, 4s 9d; turkeys,! 5s fid per pair. Oats, Is 7d to Is lid per bushel j oaten sheaf chaff, 2s 3d per bag; straw chaff, Is 2d. Potatdes, £3 10s per ton. Pigs—Weaners and slips, 7s to 9s each,

Cows-Dairy, £6 to £7 10s, _ Horses—Hacks, 32s 6d to light draught, £llloa.
