The Harbour Collision.
Sydnky, February 23. Captain Petersen of the harbour steamer Awahina, has been found not guilty of manslaughter. Tho accident was caused by an orror of judgment on Peterson's part, but in tho Court's opinion it did not amount to culpable negligence.
