Shanghai, February 21, It is reported that a secret society, having for its object the overthrow of the Emperor and the central administration, has been discovered, and the leader has. been arrested. General Taotai Hung and General Yehchicao have been sentenced to be imprisoned till the autumn, and then executed for the loss of Port Arthur.
