(By Telegraph. -Press Association). Wellington, Friday. Upwards of 700 children came into town from the Wairarapa, by a school excursion train this morning, Tho party was mot by the Colonial Secretary, and various officials of tho Education Board, and taken round the harbour in the tugs Duco and Mnnn.
