0 A WOMAN DROWNED IN THE ROADWAY. (Received February 9,1.10 a.m.) Sydney, February 8. A tornado aas experienced at w Peak Hill, 272 miles west of Sydney, was accompanied by a tremendous downpour of rain. Many houses had their roofs torn off, and great damage was dono to property and stores, besideß which some of the mines wero Hooded. After tho storm had passed away an old woman named O'Brien was found drowned in one of the streets,
