A deputation from the Soft Goods Trades waited on the Tariff Commission this morning and pointed out a number of inconsistencieLiu tho tariff, respecting their tjR, '1 hoy also asked that any decision of the Collector of Customs should be telegraphed at once to all ports, 60 that goods should not be, as now, admitted free at some places, and charged duty at others.
