Melbourne, February 8. A letter Las boon received from the Rev. J. Fleming, Minister of the Scotch Church at Buenos Ayres asking that provision should be made for those who have left New Australia through ill-health, and thosa, who may be driven from it in tlfV future. A part from the success or failure of tho colony, he states, there is no manner of doubt Paraguay is a 1 suitable climate for Australians
