THE ELBE DISASTER. (Received February 5,10.40 a.m.) London, February 4. The American survivors accuse the officers and crew of the Elbe, of cowardice and brutality, (Received February 4, 5 p.m.) Rotterdam, February 3. The officers and crew of the steamer Crathie, in reply to a question of the Court, were unanimous in the declaration that they were unawaro that tbe Elbe was sinking.
