[ United Press Association,] (By Elcclrk telegraph—Copyright).* BANK OF NEW ZEALAND. (Received January 30, 1.80 a.m.) Loxdox, January 29. The committee of shareholders in the Bank of New Zealand appointed to examine into the possibility of resisting the call report that Mr Cozens Hardy advises that the call is legal, but that there is no liability for the note issue. The Hon. Mr Ward has cabled that no further call is contemplated.
