A DESTRUCTIVE FLOOD.

(Received January 29, 12,30 p.m.) Sydney, January 29. A destructive flood occurred at Bingara, 350 miles N.W. from Sydney. The bank of ft creek collapsed,and forced the water into tko township, tdi where a largo numberof houses were flooded, and several families rescuedwith difficulty by means of boats. Many houses wero considerably damaged, while great destruction resulted to property of all descriptions, The water is now subsiding. Brisbane, January 29. The weather is clearing and floods are subsiding.
