A Bank Accountant Shoots Himself.

News has been received that a yonng man inmed Kitchener, 25, accountant of the branch of the National Bank of Tanranga, which was to be closed permanently, shot himself through the head in the bank to-day. He had just returned from lunch. The doctor probed for the bullet, but it is still unextracted
The doctors have a fair hope of Kitchener's recovery. He had been in delicate health, but appeared better since his removal to Tanranga. Great sympathy is felt for Mrs Kitchener, his mother, whose grief is great. She lost her husband aud two children in a fire at Dnnedin,
