THREATS AGAINST THE GERMAN EMPEROR.

Berlin - , January 25. Prince Hohcnlohe has received an anonymous letter, warning him that, malcontent workmen in the Spandan Gun Factory, have planned the murder of the Emperor William, and the destruction of the factory. The letter is causing some anxiety, although many people think it is'a hoax.
