By Telegraph.--Press Association). M.\iiTiix, Wednesday. The Jlanawaiu County offices were burned to the ground this morning. The loss is partially covered by insurance. The lire is supposed to he the work of an incendiary. At the last Mayoral election for Marton the Returning Officer refused to admit the scrutineer nominated by Jh'Gierly, and the latter to-day laid an information against the Returning Ollicer.
