(From Our Own Correspondent), Wednesday.
The following business was transacterl before MvT. Hutchison, S.M., on Monday Dr Hanratty was charged with having used threatening language to Mr W, Gilpin, and with having broken a window in bis shop.—Fined 20s and 7s costs on first charge, and •30s and 7s costs or seven days' imprisonment on second charge. W. Toogood v. J. Taylor,—No appearance of defendant,—Claim £ 1 13s.—Judgment by default. P. T. Spillano v. G. Hepworth.— Mr Izard for plaintiff.—Claim £3 19s.—No appearance of defendant Judgment by default, for £3 (is, the 'S.M. disallowing 13s which was for drink supplied.
