Mrs Besant and the Mahatmas.

| London, Jan 15. Ja Mrs Besant, in a letter to tHtt Chronicle, admits she was deceived by Mr Judge's alleged messages from the Mahatmas, and did her best to expose and suppress him. The American branch of the Society ought to do the rest. She says she preferred to suffer under a- nhnrgs of fraud, rather than divulge private documents.
