GREYTOWN NOTES.
(From Our Own Correspondent). Tuesday. A large Native funeral passed through Main Streotyesterday afternoon from Masterton en route for Papawai.
I A prospecting party consisting of about eleven residents of this town proceeded to the Tararua Ranges this morning, 011 a prospecting tour. 1 The M.I. and ]?. Class met last I evening, when a fair number were present. Mr Mockham read a paper lon "Is war right according to Bible ; teaching," after which a free discus, sion eusued, and a very pleasant and instructive evening \vas spoilt, j Harvesting is now in full swing.
