Wairarapa North County Council
Finance Committee Amoeting of the Finance Committee was hold this morning. Present Crs Maunsell (in tljo chair). Guild Smith and Cockburn-Hood, Tho Committee recommended the payment of accounts amounting to £lofiolss9d. The Treasurer reported as follows ;-L,B,L. Account, cr, £3,371 Is; General Account, dr. £2,099 16s; accounts credit balance £1,397 18s 7d; receipts siheo 13th December £obi 2s 7d. It was recommended that the Treasurer he directed to transfer to the To Ore Ore-Bidoford Road Loan Account, £29 19s fid standing to credit of loans 2 and 3, on the same road together with the sum of £BO voted by the Council out of the Masterton Riding separate account, to supplement the last loan. It was also recommended that the sum of £l5O be transferred from the Alfredton outlying district account, to assist the maintaiuance of the main road, The application by C. Wilson for a refund of tender deposit of £5, sent in by S, Naylor, for contract No 5, was refused, the applicant being unknown to the Council in tho matter. The Committee recommended the Council to favourably consider the application of Mr fioustcad re ox* penditure of thirds,
