Suicide at Sea. (By Telegraph-Press Association). Ai;uiuxii,Wcckesday. The .({.M.S. Mariposa, from Han Francisco, arrived, this evening. On the night of the 1-tt-h, at 8 o'clock, a steerage passenger named Michael Kennedy jumped overboard from the afleiileck. Though the night was dark, a boat was lowered, but the search was unsuccessful. Kennedy's papers show him to be an Irishman, ft is believed that lie was single. He bad lived in America as a salesman in a dry goods store, and was apparently going to some relatives in Australia.
