(By Telegraph—Press Association) AuCKhAND, Friday, By a fire in Pitt street, Lester's fruit shop and Moore's hatter's shop were burnt to the ground. Lester's was insured for £450 andMooro for £SOO iu tho- Commercial Union. Brodio's Family Hotel and the Foresters' Hall adjoining wero considerably damaged. The former is insured for- £I2OO in tho Norwich Union, and tho latter for £IOOO in the National office. Later. At 2,20 a.m., the fire again broke out at the Family Hotel in Pitt St., and tho brigade having gone to the Asylum, thought tho fire had been suppressed. Tho hotel was completely
