SPECIaToEDEE, NOTICE is hereby given that the Board intends at a special meet, ing to be held on the 6th of January, 1895, to confirm a resolution striking a special rate of in the £, on the rateable value for the timo being of the following sections .—72,65, block X1V.,74, blocks XIV, and XV., 24,25,21,20,19, 18,17, 66, 7,1, 2, 3, and 200, block XV., all in Mangaono S,D„ to meet tho interest and charges on a loan of £I2OO, to be borrowed under "Tho Government Loans to Local Bodies' Act, 1886/ for the purpose of completing the formation on tho C. Mangamahoe Eoad. Said rato to be an annually-recurring rate for 26 years or until tho loan is repaid, and is payable in two equal instalments on the 2nd of January and 2nd of July in each year.
