Napier, Friday. Captaiu llussell was entertained at a banquet last night. In referring to the political situation he said the people had entirely neglected the regular family medical practitioner, being led away by a quack charlatan and impostor, the Sequah of Neir Zealand politics. He sovercly criticised the appointment of the Ser-gcant-at-arms and tho Pomahaka purchase,
