CAPTAIN KIDLEY FINED.

Wbihsoton, Thursday. Oapt. . Kidley, of' the steamer Gothic, charged with a breach of the Health Act, in not reporting the sickness of a steward, was fined £25 and costs. Mr Martin, Magistrate passed some severe strictures on the present method of the Health Officer's examination of passengers, declaring it a farce.
