The Premier's address at Hamilton was on similar lines to that of Mr Ward's.
In the libel action Josh. A, Jaggor, commercial traveller, v. John Trentwith, hoot manufacture]', claim for damages for a libel alleged t*be contained in a letter by Trent*tli to the Haivko's Bay fforaM, editing out he had discharged his traveller for grave reasons,dcf endaut pleaded justification. . The jury awarded £IOO damages.
