From the County Clerk with' plan of alteration of boundaries' lis, ,proposed by the Commissioner.of Crown Lands and requesting tho'Board to express an opinion thereon;- ■ The Clerk was directed to reply' stating thnt this Board had agreed to- the proposed alteration of boundaries of the Casfclepoint Road District. Tho following quantities of culvert timber are required for Whakaroro Road, tlirco culverts;' Tiriui Valley Road, three culverts jAnnedato Road, one culvert; andthe C|erk\ was'directed to order'tlie same.
Accounts amounting to £l9los 6d wero passed for paymont and'tho meeting adjourned. • ..;
