(Received Nov. 27, 7.30 p.m.) I Sr. Petersburg, Nor. 26. The Czar and bis bride are walkingl about the streets of tho capital ungnnrded. (Received November 27,10,15 p.m.) Tho Czar lirs announced his intention to remit debts to the Crown and arrears of taxes in honour of his marriage.
He will also restore birthrights to the Polish rebols of 1863, and directs that an enquiry be mado ns to the possibility of [{ranting an amnesty to many political prisoners. Tho police exercised little interference with the crowds, who were allowed to press close to the carriages in the procession. (Received Noy. 27,12.45 a,m.)

TheOzar'a wedding was celobrat ed la Paris by special church servicos. Sr. Petersburg, November 27. Tho Czar expressed his pleasure at his appointment as a colonel of tho Scots Greys. The Ozar does not restore to the Poles the property confiscated in 1863. 1
