(Received, November 26,10,30 p.m.) Suaxouai, November 26. Tko dockyard and arsenal at Port Arthur were found by tlio Japanese complete. No attempt had been made to destroy them, the Chinese oflicors having evidently left ini flight. Some portions of the dockyard lmvo been set on fire by shells, This was the only injury caused, The Japanese losses at the storming of Port Arthur amounted to 250. Tho Chinese lost 1000 killed and wounded, and 2000 too taken prisoners. Eighty guns wero captured by the Japanese,
