Mr Stuckey mado application re repairing tho lead to Kopuaranga bridge.—Resolved that tho Engineer be instructed to carry out the work. FINANCE. The Financo Committee's report recommending accounts amouuting to £96 13s 4d for payment, was adopted. ' THIRDS. Ecfolved that the Commissioner of Crown Lands be written to with reference''to the payment of'thirds from sections 9 and 7, block 4,'Mikimiki, to tho Board, as the occupiers nsetheOpaki District Road which runs entirely through this district, in accordance with tho Land Board's proposals mado somo months ago.' ENfllNEEtt's KErOIiT. The Engineer's report was read and adopted. Resolved that a further sum of £3 k toted to supplement the amount availablo for the proposed work on the Matahiwi road.
