(Received Nov. 19,0.30 a,m.) Brisbane, Nov, 18. Hall, chief officer, and three of thocrerv of the William Mnnson liavo been arrested on a charge of kidnapping natives iu tho Pacific Islands. Warrants have also been issued for the arrest of three others. (Received Nov. 19,10,55 a,m.) Sroxw, Nov. 19. Captain Vos, skipper of the William Manson, lias been arrested in Sydney on a similar charge to the othors.
