Hutchison,stipulatingtliat thcpublic account of the Colony should bo restricted to the Hank of New Zealand, was rejected on the voices, The Bill was then reported, and after a short debate read a third time and passed at 5,15 a.m, The House then adjourned till 2.30 p.m.
