J Quite a consternation was caused , just before the House adjourned , early this morning, by the Premier , intimating that the Midland Kail- j way Bill would again be intra- j duced. I Opponents of the rejected Bill as- , semblcd in the lobbies and declared indignantly their intention to mas- , saero it, J To-day fifty members of the party ( j attended a caucus, at which the j Premier presided, Half of tho Bills . on the order paper were killed and [ about a dozen public Bills preserved, f It is expected that tho session will terminate on Monday evening. Messrs Hogg and Buchanan inter- f viewed the Railway Commissioners jj yesterday on the subject of altering t the railway time-table. The Commissioners would make no definite . promise, but. said they would see if c amy change could be made. s F „====
